Celebrating Giving Tuesday: Exciting news to share…

Happy Giving Tuesday!! I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving with friends or family to celebrate what you are grateful for. I am so thankful for YOU, dear friend.

Since it's Giving Tuesday, I wanted to share a fun secret we've been keeping! 🤫 

ALL the monies from my book are being donated to the new Orlando Health Children's Pavilion!!

From the beginning of writing this book, I always knew it was NOT about the money. It was a privilege to get the opportunity to write about what is so dear to my heart. With full support of my family, we took on the printing and publishing of Simple Hospitality. 

It was a “heart project” from the start. I always knew we were donating all the monies but it became clear to me after not too long, exactly where it would go.

So why Orlando Health?

There were several connections to the Orlando-based hospital system, Orlando Health that I really cared about and when I learned they were building a new Children’s Pavilion, it made perfect sense that is where we would like to donate the funds. I haven't mentioned it much until recently, but am now beyond excited to tell YOU that is where your dollars will go!! I hope that it will inspire you to think of who you can purchase a book for and share the joy of hospitality and kindness with others.

Orlando Health has been a VERY special place to us over the years. I've had the privilege of serving tea to cancer patients on the chemo floor at Orlando Health. 

For every book you order or have already purchased, I want you to know where those monies are going and I hope that encourages you to want to share the message of kindness and hospitality with others even more!
